I made this up living in California. I love the taste of this dish. The mango and smoked Edam add to the flavors of this dish. Real simple to make.

- 4 flour tortillas
- 4 pat butter
- 4 oz Grated Edam Cheese
- 4 tablespoon mango chutney
- 1 tablespoon scallions garnish
- 4 tablespoons Mexican hot sauce garnish
Recipe
Grate Smoked Edam cheese.
Dice scallions.
Put dab of butter or clarified butter in frying pan.
Place flour tortilla on pan. Spread cheese, mango chutney and scallions on top.
Fold tortilla in half. Cook until Golden brown. Flip. Fry for a few minutes
Serve with Hot Sauce and guacamole
