I love okra and this is a very easy and quick recipe to make. The okra is not slimy cooked this way.

  • 3 teaspoons Berbere 
  • 3 teaspoons Niter Kebbeh
  • 2 cups diced  okra
 

Recipe

Heat up skillet with 1 tablespoon Niter Kebbeh.  Add your okra . Add 1 tablespoon Berbere and a dash of water.
 
Cook until okra is done.
