10 - 12 Okra, whole (cut off the top by the rim)
1 - 3 Thai Chili Pepper, chopped coarsely
Soy Sauce/tamari, to taste
 

 

Recipe

- Steam the whole okra until slightly soft but not mushy.
- Mix the last two ingredients together in a bowl.
- Placed the steamed okra on a plate.
- Drizzle the sauce mixture on to the okra.
- Serve for either lunch or dinner.
