This is a quick and easy lunch. This sandwich tastes great. It is very nutritious.

- 4 patty MORNINGSTAR FARMS Spicy Black Bean Burger, frozen, unprepared
- 3 tablespoon grape seed mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sriracha hot chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon pickled ginger
- 1 medium sliced tomatoes
- 4 medium thinly slices onion
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 8 slices sourdough bread
Recipe
Pre heat oven to 350
Combine mayonnaise and hot chili sauce. Stir until mixed well.
When over is heated place 4 burgers on cookie sheet. Cook for 10 minutes. Add grated cheddar cheese on top of burgers and melt them. Takes around 3 minutes
Toast the bread. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the bread. Place the burger on bread then place tomato slice and onion slice on top. Garnish with pickled ginger slices.
