This is a great Vietnamese ice cream made with pandon and lychees.

- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup half and half milk
- 2 cups cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- dash of salt
- 4 teaspoons stevia
- 1/2 cup lychee
- 1/8 teaspoon pandon
Recipe
Put lychee into blender. Blend.
Place all ingredients into glass bowl and mix until stevia id is dissolved. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour. Pour mixture into ice cream maker and churn for 15 minutes.
Ice cream will have a soft creamy texture. If you want it firmer place in freezer overnight.
