This is a great way to cook okra.

- 1/2 medium diced onion
- 3 cloves diced garlic
- 2 cups okra
- 1 cup corn
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 MORNINGSTAR FARMS Veggie Breakfast Bacon Strips
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
Recipe
Pre heat oven to 350. Cook bacon strips for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
Heat up skillet. Add olive oil. When oil is hot add the onions and garlic. Sauté until golden brown. Add the okra and sauté until golden brown add the corn and cook until corn is done. Add the diced bacon strips.
