When I lived in Mexico City this condiment was served at many restaurants. Its great served with tacos or quesadillas.

- 1 whole avocado
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 whole jalapeno pepper
- 1 whole fresh lemon juice
- 10 sprigs fresh cilantro
- dash of salt

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth
