This is a very quick and easy Mexican fish dish.

- 2 large zucchini diced
- 1 fillet whitefish
- 4 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
Recipe
Combine all spice ingredients. Put in paper bag and add the fish to bag. Shake bag.
Heat up skillet. Add the butter. When butter is hot add the zucchini. Sauté until golden brown. Add the fish and cook on high for around two minutes and flip over and cook for another 2 minutes.
