This ginger syrup can be used in many types of recipes. It’s great with carbonated water, over ice cream and cooked with fish. 


  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup slices (1" dia) fresh Ginger | galangal root


Add all ingredients to pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
