Shrimp delight

After a day’s work I came home and took these ingredients out of the fridge. Great combination of ingredients. 


  • 12 large shrimp
  • 1 whole chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream


Heat up pan. Add the olive and vanilla. When hot add the shrimp, mushroom, spinach and chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.
Put lid on pan and simmer for around 10 minutes until shrimp and vegetable are cooked.
Take off burner. Add the sour cream and serve.
