- 1 cup semolina
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 whole green chili pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 10 sprigs fresh cilantro diced fine
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 dash salt
- 3 cups water
Recipe
Sauté in Ghee (clarified butter) mustard seeds until they pop.
Add onions, curry leaves and tomatoes.
Sauté until golden brown.
Add semolina and curry powder.

Stir until semolina becomes golden brown.
Add water and spinach. Continue stirring all the time.
Stir until the mixture comes off the side of the pan. Add salt and fresh coriander.
