Last month I went to the Asian store and bought some Taro popsicles. Here’s the homemade version. They are great. Highly nutritious. |
Ingredients
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced taro
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- 1/16 teaspoon pandon
Recipe
Steam taro for 20 to 25 minutes or until taro is cooked.
Peel skins off taro. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Place in popsicles mold and freeze.
