- 5 large Egg yolk
- 1 cup half and half milk
- 1 cup cream
- 5 leaves fresh Basil
- 1 cup, whole Mushrooms, |Mushrooms
- 1 leek Leeks
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tsp saffron
- 5 oz blue cheese
Garnish
- 2 oz Cheese, goat, soft type
Recipe
Preheat oven to 300.
Heat up pan. Add the olive oil, onions and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes. Add the mushrooms and leeks. Sauté until the mushrooms and leeks are done.
In a glass bowl. Add the egg yolks. Wisk for a few minutes. Add the cream and half and half. Add the leeks mixture along with the rest of the ingredients. Wisk until all ingredients are combined.
Pour into a small glass dish. Cook for around 45 minutes to 1 hour until the eggs are done.
