Ingredients
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 large Egg white
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup, shredded coconut meat
- 1/4 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, bleached
Recipe
Pre heat oven to 350. Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk the egg whites. Add the vanilla, salt, honey and sugar. Whisk. Add the coconut flakers and flour. Using your hands mix together.
Using a spoon, spoon 1 tablespoon of the cookie dough on the cookie sheet.
Cook for 20 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown on the outside.
