This is extremely simple and easy to make. |
Ingredients
- 2 patty (cooked from 4 oz raw) Ground Turkey
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce |tamari
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 cup Asparagus | Asparagus spears
- 1 cup tomatoes | tomato | plum tomato
- 4 large eggs | egg

Beat with fork your eggs until blended. Beat in the milk and spices.
Heat up omelet pan. When ghee is hot add the eggs mixture. Cook on low heat. When cooking stick the eggs mixture with a fork to allow the eggs to cook properly. When it is all the same consistency the omelet is done.
