This is another quick and easy dish to make after a hard day ’s work. It ’s quite simple and easy to make. |
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup Miso
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1/4 cup Peanut butter
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1 block firm Tofu
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp Siracha

Preheat oven. Turn oven to boiler high. Cut tofu into thin strips. Place on pound. Combine all the other ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Place mushrooms on pan. Spoon the sauce over the tofu and mushrooms.
Place in broiler and cook four around 25 minutes. That to who should be golden color.
