This is a variation of Turkey and rice. Instead of using rice we are using cauliflower rice. The dish may not look like it ’s tasty and nutritious get it is. It ’s very easy to make


  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 floweret Cauliflower
  • 1 tbk taco seasoninhs


my wife used one back I ’ve frozen cauliflower rice and then added the one pound Turkey and taco seasonings. Add 1 cup water and then simmer for around 10 minutes
