Ingredients
- 8 oz spinach pasta
- 1 cup butter
- salt to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup cream (optional)
Recipe
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccini and cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until al dente. Drain
In frying pan cook butter until the foam rises and then falls. Add butter to noodles. It should sizzle. Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Add 1/2 cup cream (optional).
Sprinkle salt and pepper. Mix.
Serve immediately
