My wife and I had this recently and it was gone within seconds.

  • 1 large potato
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cups okra
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Biryani Pulav Massala
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

Pre heat oven to broil
Cut up potatoes and onions into thin slices. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix with your hands. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are done.
