This is a great dish when you don’t have a lot of time to make dinner. It’s very easy to make and quite tasty.
|
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 2 tsp, whole fennel seed
- 1 tbl cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cups finger potatoes
- 2 cups string beans
- 1 tbl coriander powder
- 1 tbl cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbl coconut oil
Recipe
Turn stove to high. Add the coconut oil. Add the cumin and fennel seeds. When the seeds start to pop add the garlic and onions. When garlic and onions are sauted add all of the spices. Stir for around 30 seconds and then add the water. Mix in the potatoes and string beans. Turn stove down to medium. Cook for 20 minutes. Every five minutes stir and see if you need more water. You don ’t want to burn it.
