Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Jarlsberg cheese
  • 2 tablespoons scallions
  • 33 large black olives
  • 2 oz PACE Jalapenos Nacho Peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced cilantro
  • 4 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups MORNINGSTAR Burger Crumbles 
  • 4 tablespoons PACE Taco Seasoning
 

Instructions

Sauté hamburger or burger crumbles in olive oil. Add taco seasonings and 1/4 water. Cook until done.
 
Cut whole wheat or flour tortillas into triangles.
Sauté tortillas in olive oil until brown.
Grate cheese, dice scallions, olives , and cilantro .Mix.
Put burger mixture followed by cheese mixture on tortillas.
Put jalapenos on top of each tortilla. Bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly.
Top with mango salsa hot sauce or mango chutney
Add a dollop of sour cream.
 

Comments

I lived two years in Mexico and never saw nachos. Nachos are a Tex Mex dish. This is a spin off from the dish.
