Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup black rice

Instructions

Rinse rice in colander.
Bring water to boil in saucepan
Add black rice and bring to boil again. Once rice boils turn down heat cover and cook for 1/2 hour. Cook until water is evaporated.

Comments

This rice goes perfect with the Age Tofu dish.
