  • 4 cups bok choy , chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts , roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds , ground
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce , low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
