- 4 cups bok choy , chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts , roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds , ground
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce , low sodium
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon honey

- In a large wok or skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and onion and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and softened.
