This is an adaptation of a recipe my friend Bhaskar who is from Southern India. He loved my cooking and he asked me if we could split our lunches at work. For me this is like winning an Oscar reward. His Mom cooks incredible Indian food and of course I accepted. This is the dish his Mom made. Moms sure know their cooking.
