• 1/8 cup finely sliced onion
• 1/2 whole jalapeno pepper
• 1 dash salt
• 10 sprigs fresh cilantro

Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Chill for at leat half an hour.

Nice and cool during summer. I love the freshness of this salsa.
