Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mangos
  • 1 tablespoon diced onion
  • 1/2 whole diced jalapeno pepper
  • 10 sprigs fresh cilantro diced fine
  • 1 whole fresh Lemon juice
 

Instructions

Add all ingredients in bowl. Mix and marinate in refrigerator for half an hour.
 

Comments

This Mexican salsa is quite refreshing. It ’s great with guacamole and chips. I first had this in Mexico in the seventies.
