Brie Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 oz  Brie Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 1 medium scallions garnish
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce garnish

 
 

Instructions

Slice thin Brie cheese.
Dice scallions.
Put dab of butter or clarified butter in frying pan.
Place flour tortilla on pan. Spread cheese, mango chutney and scallions on top.
Fold tortilla in half. Cook until Golden brown. Flip. Fry for a few minutes
Serve with Hot Sauce and guacamole.

I made this up when my family and I lived in Hawaii. This sandwich is very tasty and good for you.
