Ingredients

1 cup half and half milk
4 medium eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup jarlsberg cheese
1 prebaked pie crust
1 cup leek diced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Sauté leek with a dash of olive oil. Cook until leeks are soft. Add dash of salt, pepper and nutmeg to leeks.
Mix eggs, salt, milk, pepper and nutmeg. I put mine into food processor and pulse for a few times.
Add your leek unto crust. Mix. Pour mixture into crust.
Add your grated cheese.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is golden Brown.
 
 

Comments

Leeks and quiche go together well. This is great for brunch.
