Ingredients

  • 1 whole head of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Remove outer skin from garlic. Place garlic in a muffin pan. Sprinkle olive oil on top of garlic.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
 
 

Comments

This baked garlic recipe is used in many different kinds of Spanish recipes. It is used in Romesco sauce. By baking the garlic with olive oil the garlic turns sweet.
