  • slice of any high quality bread Ii use sprouted grains bread)

Our family has been eating avocado toast ever since I was born. Many people in the Midwest have never heard of putting avocado on toast. Nothing could be more simple and healthy for you. It is simply delicious. My favorite avocados are the hass variety. They taste like creamy butter.
