Ingredients

Baked Garlic
  • 1 whole head of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
For Toast  
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Baked Garlic -
 
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Remove outer skin from garlic. Place garlic in a muffin pan. Sprinkle olive oil on top of garlic.
Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
 
 
Mix the olive oil and baked garlic together to make a paste. Spread on toast. Serve

If you are a garlic lover you will love this recipe. Garlic is healthy and nutritious. I love this on toast. By baking the garlic it becomes sweet.
