Ingredients

  • 12 large shrimp
  • 1/2 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol
  • 8 tablespoons romesco sauce

Heat up skillet. Add olive oil and ghee and vanilla. When oil is hot sauté the shrimp until they are cooked. Add the romesco sauce and cook for one minute.
 
 

Comments

This is another tapa dish from Spain. It’s delicious. The shrimp goes very well with the Romesco sauce.
