  • 12 large shrimp
  • 1/4  tablespoon ghee
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol
  • 8 tablespoons romesco sauce
  • 4 slice toasted sourdough bread
  • 4 leaf fresh spinach garnish

Instructions

Follow recipe for making shrimp

Put your bread in toaster. When toast is done add a layer of romesco sauce on bread. Add a layer of spinach. Add your shrimp.
