Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Pesto sauce
  • 1 whole roasted red bell pepper slices
  • 2 slices toasted sourdough bread
  • 4 large shrimp
  • 1/4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 whole  Key Lime juice

Instructions

If making fresh pesto use

Sauté shrimp in olive oil. Juice one key lime or lime. Put over shrimp. Splash Worchester sauce over shrimp. Cook shrimp until done.
On toasted sourdough bread spread the pesto sauce over bread. Add the shrimp. Add the roasted bell pepper slices. Serve
