Ingredients

  • 1 cup fire roasted canned Tomatoes
  • 16 tablespoons pesto 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • dash of salt

Instructions

 
Put tomatoes in blender. Blend. Add sprinkle of olive oil. Add pesto sauce. Blend.
Heat up sauce until it boils and then let it simmer for 15 minutes. Add pinch of salt.

Comments

This sauce is very versatile. It’s great with shrimp, chicken or vegetables. I love the flavors of the tomato sauce and fresh pesto.
