Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • dash of salt
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/2 cup green pepper

Instructions

Heat up skillet with ghee. When ghee is melted and hot add your tomatoes and spices. Cook for a few minutes and then add you diced green bell peppers. Cook at medium heat until they are done.

This dish is from Southern India. My friends from work eat this sometimes for lunch. It ’s a quick and easy dish to make.
