  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumb mixture see recipe
 
 
  • 1 large diced zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

Sauté in olive oil the zucchini until its golden brown. Add the Panko bread crumbs mixture and stir for one minute. Don’t burn the mixture.
 

Comments
