Ingredients

  • 12 large cooked shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon sambal oelek(chili paste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon saffron
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 large kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

Sauté in olive oil the shrimp for a few minutes. Add the vanilla and cook for around one minute. Add the water and add the saffron. Cook for one minute. Add the olives at the end. Serve. Sourdough toast is nice to serve along with this dish.
