Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup Rose Hips, wild (Northern Plains Indians)
- 1/3 tablespoon honey optional
- 1 8 fl oz PERRIER water
- 1/4 cup ice
- 1/8 teaspoon Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol
Instructions
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 heaping teaspoons of chopped rose hips. Steep the herbal tea, covered, for 15 minutes and strain.
Mix the rose water tea and 1 cup mineral water together. Add a splash of vanilla.
Sweeten the refreshing, slightly sour tea with honey, if desired.
