Ingredients

  • 1/2 large potato sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup yam sliced thin
  • 1/2 medium onion sliced thin
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • dash of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon  paprika

Instructions

Preheat oven to 475.
Place your vegetables on cookie sheet. Sprinkle olive oil on top of vegetables. Use your fingers to make sure vegetables are coated.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over vegetables. Cook for 20 minutes or until vegetables are golden brown.
