Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons Berbere
  • 3 teaspoons Niter Kebbeh
  • 1 cup chicken breast diced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 head cauliflower diced
  • dash of salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 whole lemon juice
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 fl oz Chardonnay wine

Make Niter Kebbeh

Heat up skillet with 1 tablespoon Niter Kebbeh. Sauté garlic and cauliflower. Sauté until the mixture is golden brown. Add your chicken and tomato sauce.  Add 1 tablespoon Berbere, paprika, 1/4 cup water and Chardonnay. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add your juiced lemon and spinach and simmer for another 5 minutes.
