Ingredients

    2 cups plain yogurt
    1 cup ice crushed
    1 1/2 cups water
    1/4 tablespoon  honey or  stevia
    1 dash salt
    1/8 tablespoon pistachios  garnish

Instructions

Blend in blender yogurt, rose water and water.
Add stevia or honey blend.
Pour mixture in glasses filled with ice.
Garnish with pistachios.
 
 
 
 

Comments

When I was India I loved to drink this on a hot day. This mixture cools the body. It great when you are eatting hot food.
