Ingredients
- 1 large grapefruit cut in half
- 1/4 tablespoon honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to broil
Cut the membranes of the grapefruit so each piece can be taken out with a spoon when eaten.
Place grapefruit on broiler pan. Spoon honey on top of grapefruit and spread all over.
Place in oven and cook for around 10 minutes.
Comments
I first saw this dish at Chalet Suzanne a famous restaurant in Lake Charles Florida. I use honey instead of sugar.
