Ingredients

  • 10 large strawberries cut in half
  • 1 /2 cup half and half milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon organic sugar

Instructions

Cut strawberries in half. Divide in half and place in serving bowls. Pour half and half milk over strawberries. Sprinkle with sugar.

Comments

When I was young my parents took me to Europe. This was one of my favorite desserts. Nothing is as simple as strawberries and cream. I’m using half and half milk instead of cream.
