Cut bollios or French rolls almost in half. Open up a roll so you can easily put your ingredients on. Spread black beans on both sides of the roll.  Add 1 slice of cheese to the roll along with pickled jalapeno pepper slices. If you have a sandwich makers put the sandwich on the sandwich maker and close the lid. Cook for around 3 minutes or until your sandwich is hot.

Using a sandwich maker creates the best sandwich. However, if you do not have one you can put the sandwich in the oven at 475 and cook for a few minutes until the sandwich is nice and hot.
