Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice, white, glutinous, raw
- 2 cups water
- 4 medium eggs
- 1 tablespoon Kecap Manis
- 1/2 teaspoon palm sugar(optional)
- 1 medium diced fine onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon sambal oelek(chili paste)
- 1 medium sliced thin Cucumber, peeled, raw
- 1 medium sliced thin tomato
- 1/4 cup Spanish peanuts
- 1 stalk sliced green onion
Instructions
Rinse rice in colander.
Bring water to boil in saucepan
Add rice and bring to boil again. Once rice boils turn down heat cover and cook for 20 minutes. Cook until water is evaporated.

Whisk your eggs.
Heat up omelet pan. Add your eggs. Cook on one side until the bottom is done. Flip over and cook for a few minutes until eggs are cooked.

Heat up skillet. Add coconut oil. When oil is hot add your white onions and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes. Add the chili paste and soy sauce. Add your rice.

Garnish with cucumber, tomatoes, green onions, and crushed Spanish peanuts.
