Indonesian potatoes and cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes sliced in wedges
  • 1/2 head cauliflower diced
  • 2 tablespoons kecap manis
  • salt to taste
  • 1 medium diced scallion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425
Place potatoes, cauliflower, salt and olive oil in bowl. Mix well. Place on cookie sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
 
Add kecap manis, scallion and salt to serving bowl. Add you vegetables and mix well.
