Ingredients

  • 2 fillet salmon
  • 2 tablespoons kecap manis
  • 1/8 cup miso
  • 1 tablespoon diced fine chives

Instructions

Preheat broiler
Combine kecap manis and miso paste. Spoon sauce over the salmon. Place in oven and cook for around 5 minutes and baste the salmon again with the sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with scallions on top.
