Ingredients

  • 3 medium white Potatoes
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon kecap manis
  • dash of salt
  • 1 medium scallions
  • 1 medium red tomatoes
  • 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
 
 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425
Place all ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Place on cookie sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
 

Comments

This is a great vegetable dish to make on a week night. It’s fast and very easy to make.
