Ingredients
- 4 slices organic sprouted bread
- 8 slices of cucumber
- 8 slices red tomatoes
- 1/16 cup miso
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 leaf boston lettuce
Instructions
Mix the tahini and miso to make a paste. Toast the bread. Spread miso mixture on bread. Add the cucumber, tomatoes and Boston lettuce leaves.
Comments
I first had this sandwich in Denver in the early seventies. It’s still a great sandwich.
